Alumni Email Service

A service overview and catalog of Alumni Email Service provided by the UC Berkeley IT Service Hub.

Description

The Alumni Email Service allows UC Berkeley graduates to use their @berkeley.edu email address after leaving the university. It is available to eligible graduates and former attendees who want to stay connected to campus, as long as they meet the responsibilities and requirements outlined in the Alumni Email Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Eligibility

All alumni who currently have access to the service remain eligible as long as they meet the responsibilities outlined in the Alumni Email Service Level Agreement (SLA)

As of September 2024, all new graduates will be automatically enrolled in the Alumni Email Service.

This service is available 24/7, with support hours between 8am-5pm PST, excluding University holidays and curtailment periods.

This service is available for use with a UC Berkeley account.
