UC Berkeley faculty, staff, and students in need of software can view everything currently available in our Software Catalog, plus information on licensing, downloading software, eligibility, cost, and more. Software @ Berkeley provides a comprehensive listing of campus-licensed software available for both institutional and personal use. You can find a list of the software that you, specifically, are eligible for, and where to download installers with the Software Eligibility Checker.
On campus-managed Berkeley Desktops, licensed software is available for installation with the BigFix Self Service portal on Windows or the Self Service Application on macOS. If you need assistance installing an application, please complete the Install Software to Computer request form.
